Ingredients

1 lb bacon , sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper , chopped
1 medium onion , chopped
canned jalapeno slices , I use bottled slices approx 10-12 slices , chopped
1 tablespoon garlic , minced
salt & pepper , to taste
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
12 eggs , scrambled

Instructions

5.Add scrambled eggs to skillet and stir to combine. Cook until eggs are set.
