1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the jaffle maker.
2.Butter one side of each slice of bread.
3.Place one slice of bread, butter side down, into each side of the jaffle maker.
4.Layer the sliced olives, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, sliced mushroom, diced sweet pepper, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) on top of one slice of bread. Place the other slice of bread, butter side up, on top.
5.Close the jaffle maker and cook until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes.
