2 red onions , peeled and sliced into eighths
1/4 cup peanuts
1 tablespoon sherry wine
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix the chicken with salt, sherry wine, egg white, and cornstarch until well combined.

3.In the same wok, stir-fry the dried chilies, garlic, and ginger for 30 seconds.
4.Add the red onions and stir-fry for another minute.

6.Add the fried chicken and stir-fry until well coated with the sauce.
