10 prunes , pitted
1 tablespoon raisins
1 large white cabbage
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
2 cups cooked rice
salt , to taste
black pepper , to taste
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons dill , chopped
Golubtsy, also known as Russian cabbage rolls, are a popular dish in Eastern European cuisine. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Soak prunes and raisins in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

4.Mix together ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, salt, black pepper, and the soaked prunes and raisins. Divide the mixture into 10 portions, and stuff each portion into a cabbage leaf.
5.Arrange cabbage rolls into a baking dish, and spread butter on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
6.In a separate saucepan, combine sour cream, flour, and chopped dill. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Serve over the cabbage rolls.
