3 cans condensed tomato soup
2 cans tomato juice , or more to taste
1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

3.Remove cabbage from pot and gently peel off 12-16 large leaves. Cut off the tough part of leaves in the center if there are any.
4.Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, until translucent.
5.Add ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, garlic, salt, and pepper to skillet. Cook and stir until meat is browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
6.Spread 1 can of condensed tomato soup in the bottom of a large baking dish.
7.Put 1/ cup of meat filling in the center of each cabbage leaf.
8.Roll cabbage leaves around filling, tucking in edges as you roll them up. Place in the baking dish.
9.Cover the stuffed cabbage rolls with remaining tomato soup, tomato juice, and ketchup.
10.Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours, adding more tomato juice as needed to keep the rolls moist and flavorful. Serve hot.
