Instructions

1.Wash the guavas and cut each of them into half-inch pieces, removing the seeds.
2.In a large pot, add the guava pulp to 2 cups of water and cook on medium heat, stirring frequently.
3.Once the mixture is fully cooked, add sugar and continue to stir until it dissolves completely.
4.Decrease the heat to low and continue to stir frequently. In approximately 40-50 minutes and when the mixture turns into a thick jelly, take it off the heat.
5.Pour the mixture into small molds or bowls and allow it to cool down before refrigerating for several hours to harden.
