Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower ( clean and cut into big flowerets . )
1 bunch small spring onion
2 teaspoons gingerroot ( chopped )
1 teaspoon garlic ( finely chopped )
3 tablespoons cornflour
1/4 cup plain flour
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
2 dried red chilies
3 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

1.In a bowl, combine cornflour, plain flour, salt, and red chili powder.
2.Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, making sure they are coated evenly.

4.Drain excess oil and keep aside the deep fried cauliflower.
5.In a separate pan, heat oil and add chopped ginger, garlic, and chopped spring onions.
6.Add dried red chilies, salt, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
7.Add water and bring to a boil.
8.Mix cornflour and water in a bowl and add to the pan. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
9.Add the fried cauliflower into the sauce and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
10.Finally, add a tablespoon of milk in the pan and mix well. Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
