Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Grease the ramekins with butter and coat with grated Parmesan cheese.
3.Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

5.Add the milk gradually, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.

12.Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekins.
13.Place the ramekins in a baking dish and pour hot water into the dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
14.Bake for 20-25 minutes until the soufflés have risen and are golden brown on top.
