250 g semolina
1 liter milk
100 g parmesan cheese , grated
50 g parmesan cheese , grated ( extra )
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup unsalted butter , melted
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup sage leaf
salt , pinch

Instructions

6.Cut the mixture into 2 inch diameters and place on a greased baking tray.
7.Drizzle melted butter over each gnocci.
8.Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
9.Fry garlic and sage in unsalted butter until golden brown.
10.Add the remaining grated parmesan to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
11.Add some salt as required.
12.Add the roasted gnocchi and mix gently until coated with the sauce.
13.Serve hot.
