Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

6.Cut gnocchi using a cookie cutter and place into a baking dish. Brush with remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Grana Padano cheese, pancetta bacon, and nutmeg.
7.Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes.
