PROS

Ginseng Chicken with Glutinous Rice (Samkye Tang) is a flavorful, satisfying meal.

It’s easy to make and packed full of healthy ingredients.

CONS

The dish might not appeal to everyone due to the texture of the glutinous rice and chicken, which can be sticky and chewy.

Also, the price of ginseng roots can be a bit high, making this recipe less budget-friendly.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

Ginseng has been credited with numerous health benefits, including boosting the immune system, improving cognitive function and reducing inflammation.
Glutinous rice, on the other hand, is a good source of energy and B vitamins. It is also gluten-free and does not spike blood sugar levels like regular white rice.
