Ingredients

6 lbs pork ribs , sweet and sour cut
2 eggs , beaten
2 teaspoons soya sauce
2 teaspoons Chinese wine , not rice wine vgr
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 - 1 1/2 teaspoon chinese all spice also known as Chinese five spice powder
1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder ( to taste )
1 cup flour
2 cups breadcrumbs
Ginny's Bon Bon Ribs are a sweet and tangy dish made from pork ribs that have been coated in a mixture of breadcrumbs, Chinese all spice powder, and garlic powder. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C. Place a wire rack onto a baking sheet.
2.In a shallow dish, mix together the beaten eggs, soy sauce, Chinese wine, sugar, Chinese all spice powder, salt, and garlic powder.
3.In a separate shallow dish, mix together the flour and breadcrumbs.
4.Dip each rib into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated. Place onto the wire rack.
5.Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking, until the ribs are golden brown and crispy.
