Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken

1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon sansho ( Japanese fragrant pepper )
vegetable oil ( for deep frying )
1 lemon , cut into 6 -8 wedges

Instructions

1.Cut boneless chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside in a large bowl.
