Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower , broken into 1 1/2 '' florets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons lite olive oil ( or other oil )
1 tablespoon ginger , peeled , minced
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic , minced
2 scallions , minced
1/4 cup chicken or 1/4 cup vegetable stock
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch ( optional )
2 tablespoons water ( optional )

Instructions

1.Wash cauliflower well and cut it into small florets. Keep them aside
2.Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic and ginger to it. Saute for a minute
3.Add scallions and mix them well
4.Add cauliflower florets to the pan and stir-fry for a minute
5.Add soy sauce and sugar to the pan and stir well. Add some chicken or vegetable stock to the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
6.Add oyster sauce to the pan and mix well
7.If needed, add some cornstarch mixed with water to the pan and let it cook for 1 minute
8.Stir well and let it cook for another minute until everything is well combined
