8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt , stirred to make smooth

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2.In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add crystallized ginger, buttermilk, and egg and stir until dough forms. drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in mounds. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cracked on top. Let cool slightly.
