2 pounds chicken wings
3 medium green onions , thinly sliced

Instructions

1.In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, and vegetable oil to make the glaze.
2.Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and let the glaze simmer for about 5 minutes, until it thickens.
3.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4.Place chicken wings on the baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze.
5.Bake for 30 – 35 minutes, brushing with more glaze every 10 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown.
6.Sprinkle sliced green onions on top of the wings before serving.
