1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3 tablespoons canola oil

3/4 cup diced fresh ginger
3/4 cup diced garlic
1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 cup white wine
2 cups water , plus 4 tablespoons
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup diced green onion , for garnish

Instructions

6.Mix 2 cups water, low sodium chicken broth, soy sauce, honey in a bowl. In a separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch in 4 tablespoons of water and add the mixture to the broth mixture.
7.Add the broth mixture to the wok, stir, and simmer for about a minute, then add the pork.
8.Bring vegetable oil to 375°F in a large pot over medium heat. Spread cooked rice on a plate and let it cool a bit. Use a cookie cutter or the bottom of a glass to cut rice cakes into circles. Fry rice cakes until crispy and golden brown.
9.Plate the Ginger Garlic Pork, top with green onion, and serve with sizzling rice cakes.
