1 cup ghee or 1 cup clarified butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon arak ( Lebanese grape extract ( strong licorice flavor )
1 pinch baking powder

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

6.Roll dough into small balls and gently push down on each.
7.Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
