8 ounces bittersweet chocolate , baking bar
3/4 cup pecans , finely chopped
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/8 teaspoon salt ( optional )
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

1.Grease a baking sheet with oil and set aside.
