Ingredients

250 g butter or 250 g margarine ( 8 7/8 ounces , at room temperature )
250 g sugar
5 eggs , at room temperature
2 lemons , zest of , only
250 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
3 -4 lemons , juice of
100 g icing sugar

Instructions
