2 lbs pork tenderloin
12 ounces light beer
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 cup raisins
2 slices pumpernickel bread
1/2 teaspoon orange peel , grated
4 medium garlic cloves , minced
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
German Style Stuffed Pork is a traditional German dish that brings a unique flavor to the dinner table. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Slice pork tenderloins in half lengthwise, but not all the way through, and open flat.
3.Combine beer, cider vinegar, and raisins in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until it comes to a boil. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until the raisins have softened.
4.In a food processor, pulse bread until it forms small breadcrumbs. Add orange zest, garlic, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Pulse to combine.
5.Spoon the raisin mixture into the middle of the pork. Then sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over the top. Roll the pork and place it in a greased baking dish. Pour the remaining beer mixture into the pan with the pork.
6.Cover and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
