1 tablespoon flour
2 lbs rolled boneless pork
1 cup dried apricot
1 cup dried pitted prunes

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2.Shake flour inside the roasting bag then place it on a baking dish.
3.Arrange the rolled boneless pork inside the roasting bag, add dried apricot and dried pitted prunes.
4.In a bowl, mix granulated brown sugar and dry white wine, then pour the mixture over the pork and dried fruits.
5.Seal the bag with a nylon tie and incise 5 holes on the bag with a knife.
6.Roast it in the preheated oven for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature of pork reaches 145 degrees F. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
7.Open the bag and transfer to a platter. Cut the pork into 1/2 inch thick slices and spoon the fruit mixture over the pork.
