Ingredients

2 -3 lbs pork loin roast
5 tablespoons canola oil ( whichever you prefer ) or 5 tablespoons olive oil ( whichever you prefer )

4 garlic cloves , minced
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons lemon juice
5 medium potatoes , peeled and cut into wedges
2 medium onions , quartered
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken base
2 cups water

Instructions
