Ingredients

250 g self-raising gluten-free flour ( I use Orgran brand )
200 g dark brown sugar
60 g unsalted butter , softened
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon white pepper or 1/4 teaspoon black pepper , if you do n't mind black specks

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 170C/150C Fan/Gas 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
