3 lbs perch or 2 lbs perch fillets
lemon juice

1/2 - 1 cup fine dry breadcrumb
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon butter
4 scallions , minced or 2 tablespoons minced chives
2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper

Instructions
