3 large eggs

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

8.Remove from oven, dust with confectioners' sugar and cut into wedges.
9.For the marinated berries, combine the sugar, vanilla bean seeds, lemon zest, orange zest, water, orange juice, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan.
10.Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until the sugar is fully dissolved.
11.Remove from the heat and add in the berries. Stir gently to coat all the berries.
12.Place the berry mixture in a bowl and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
13.Spoon the marinated berries over each slice of German pancake and enjoy!
