Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2.In a bowl, beat the eggs and salt until well combined.
3.Add flour and milk to the mixture, stirring well until smooth.
4.Add soft butter to this mixture and mix well.
5.Pour into a greased, 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pancake is puffed up and golden brown.
6.Once done, sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice as needed and serve hot.
