1 loaf frozen bread dough , thawed and risen ( Rhodes )
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup flaked coconut , packed
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon pecans , chopped
2 tablespoons sugar crystals ( optional )
additional coconut ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.

4.Starting from one of the shorter ends, carefully roll the dough up like a jelly roll.

7.Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
