Ingredients

1 package german chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 large egg
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine , melted
1 cup chopped pecans
1 package cream cheese , softened
2 large eggs
1 package powdered sugar , sifted

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large bowl, mix cake mix, egg, melted butter and pecans until well combined.
3.Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and press evenly.
4.In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add in 2 eggs and powdered sugar.
5.Mix well and spread over the top of first layer in the baking pan.
6.Bake for 50-60 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
7.Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool down for 30-60 minutes at room temperature before cutting it into squares and serving it with your favourite topping.
