Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

4.Stir in vanilla extract, then fold in the diced apples and walnuts. Spread batter into prepared pan.

6.In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until smooth. Spread frosting over the cooled cake and serve.
