8 pears , ripe , peeled , grated coarsely
50 g lemon peel , candied cut in small dice cut in small dice
50 g orange peel , candied , cut in small dice cut in small dice
100 g raisins
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon walnut oil
40 g brown sugar
100 ml cream

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2.Take a 22 cm (8.7 inch) flan dish and roll out the shortcrust pastry, press into the dish, and prick the base with a fork.

4.Add the grated pears, the candied lemon and orange peel, the raisins, white wine, and walnut oil. Mix well to combine.
5.Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pour 100 ml of cream over the top.
6.Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
