1 cup white sugar

4 drops sesame oil
2/3 cup cold water
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups whole milk , in a med . bowl
3/4 cup cornstarch , in a med . bowl
vegetable oil ( for frying )

Instructions
