1 strip orange zest
1/2 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Instructions

1.Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

4.In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

7.Add white sugar, ginger, chicken broth, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and peanut oil.
8.Mix 2 teaspoons cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water and add to the sauce.
9.Cook the sauce until thickened, and then add the fried chicken.
10.Toss to coat and serve immediately.
