2 jars gefilte fish ( any store bought brand )
extra virgin olive oil
4 carrots ( sliced crosswise )
1 large onion ( sliced thin )
4 celery ribs ( cut into small pieces )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Drain the liquid from both jars of gefilte fish and set acside.
