Ingredients

24 slices French bread
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces chevre cheese
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 garlic clove , minced
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves , minced
12 ounces raw shrimp , peeled and deveined ( about 48 )
1/4 cup red bell pepper , minced
2 tablespoons parsley , minced

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F and arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy.
2.In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, chevre cheese, italian seasoning and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside.
3.In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink, approximately 2-3 minutes on each side.
4.Remove shrimp from the skillet and add minced red bell pepper and parsley. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
5.To assemble, spread a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each bread slice. Top each slice with a shrimp and then a spoonful of the red bell pepper mixture.
