1 1/2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
1 whole red bell pepper , chopped
1 cup sun-dried tomato
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
4 ounces log goat cheese , crumbled
4 slices turkey bacon , crumbled for additional flavor ( optional )
1 tablespoon parsley ( fresh or dried ) ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F
2.Microwave the mashed potatoes in the package for 5 minutes.

6.Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough into logs.

10.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
