1 lb salmon | |
2 tbsp butter | |
4 minced garlic cloves | |
1 sliced lemon | |
1 tsp salt | |
1 tsp paprika | |
1 tsp black pepper |
1. | Preheat oven to 375°F. |
2. | Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a small pan. |
3. | Add minced garlic and stir for 2 minutes. |
4. | In a baking dish, lay out salmon and season with salt, paprika, and black pepper. |
5. | Pour garlic butter over salmon. |
6. | Lay sliced lemon on top of salmon. |
7. | Melt remaining 1 tbsp of butter and pour over salmon. |
8. | Bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked through. |
9. | Serve with additional lemon wedges if desired. |
