Ingredients

3 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 ounces uncooked brown rice pasta , spaghetti style
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken ( optional )
1/2 cup grape tomatoes , sliced in half , lengthwise
1/2 cup chopped cucumber , leave skin on
1 can of sliced black olives
1/2 cup feta cheese
salt & pepper , to taste
hummus , kit
3/4 cup dried garbanzo beans
1 3/4 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning

Instructions

1.Heat 3 cups of water in a large pan over high heat.

6.Now add 1 1/2 cups of chopped cooked chicken to the skillet and cook until chicken is heated through.
7.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together.
8.Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste.
9.Take the skillet off the heat and add 3/4 cup of hummus and toss everything together until the pasta is coated in hummus.
10.Serve hot, topped with feta cheese and sesame seeds.
