Garlic Cheese Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make type of bread that originated in Italy. They are essentially a type of bread bun that is stuffed with garlic and parmesan cheese before being rolled up and baked in the oven. This recipe has been adapted to use a combination of bread flour, milk, butter, and garlic to create a soft and chewy dough that is then filled with a mixture of melted butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Garlic Cheese Rolls are perfect for serving as a snack or appetizer, as they are bite-sized and perfectly portable. They are also ideal for serving alongside a main course, such as a soup or salad, as they can help to soak up any excess sauce or broth.
