1/4 cup feta cheese
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 1/4 lbs large shrimp , peeled and deveined

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/4 lbs tomatoes , chopped & seeded
1/4 cup dry white wine

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2.In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, butter and half of the minced dill. Stir until well mixed and set aside.
3.Take a baking dish and evenly sprinkle the feta cheese on the bottom.
4.In another bowl, combine the garlic, shrimp, olive oil, red pepper flakes, remaining minced dill and the chopped tomatoes. Mix thoroughly and spread the mixture over the feta cheese.
5.Next, sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp and tomato mixture.
6.Finally, pour the white wine over everything.
7.Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until the mixture is bubbling and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
8.Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
