3 large tomatoes , peeled , in wedges
1 teaspoon oregano

3/4 cup cream sherry
Garides Tourkolimano (Greek Shrimp) is a traditional Greek dish that's packed with bold and satisfying flavors. Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.Clean and devein the shrimp if they haven't been done yet, and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

4.Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp, and toss to coat.
