Instructions

1.In a large pan, heat the ghee over medium flame.

3.Add grated jaggery, cardamom powder, and milk to the pan. Mix everything well and keep stirring for another 2-3 minutes.
4.Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a greased thali or plate. Press the mixture down using a spatula or spoon, ensuring that it covers the entire surface of the thali.
5.Allow it to cool for a few minutes. Cut into diamond or square-shaped pieces.
