8 shallots , finely sliced
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 small pineapple , cut into cubes ( or 4 rings from a can )
1 lime
1 red chili pepper , sliced finely
1 ounce cilantro leaf

Instructions
