3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/3 cup raspberry jam ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

13.Roll out remaining dough and place on top of almond paste, pressing edges together to seal.
14.Bake 35-45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before serving.
