1/3 cup golden raisin
1/2 cup water chestnut
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes , halved
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 garlic clove , minced
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice and chicken.
