Instructions

1.In a pot, add water and steel cut oats and bring it to boil.
2.Reduce the flame and let it cook for 20-25mins.
3.Add apple juice, dried cranberries, golden raisin, dried apricots, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and salt.
4.Stir well and cook for another 5-7mins.
5.Once the oatmeal is done, turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 mins.
6.Serve with brown sugar or maple syrup, chopped nuts, and milk as per your preference.
