Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.

4.Gradually add in the remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beating until the egg whites are glossy and hold firm peaks.
5.Fold the whipped cream, key lime zest, and chopped nuts into the egg yolk mixture.
6.Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until no white streaks remain.
7.Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or individual ramekins and cover with plastic wrap.
8.Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until the souffle is firm.
9.Garnish with whipped cream and a slice of lime before serving.
