2 teaspoons lemon juice or 2 teaspoons white vinegar , more if needed
3/4 teaspoon salt ( to taste )

Instructions

7.Gather the corners of the cheesecloth and tie them together to form a bundle.
8.Hang the bundle over the bowl and let it drain for at least 4 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
9.After the cheese has drained, transfer it to a bowl and stir well. Add more salt if needed.
10.Store the fromage blanc in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
