Instructions

1.Prep the potatoes by peeling and cutting them into thin, long strips.
2.Submerge the potato strips in cold water for 10 minutes to remove the excess starch. Dry the potatoes thoroughly with a paper towel.
3.Heat oil in a deep-fat fryer to 190°C/375°F. Add the potatoes to the fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
4.Remove the fries from the fryer and drain them on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to your liking.
