Ingredients

5 chicken drumsticks ( wings )
1 cup cooking oil
2/3 cup fish sauce
1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce ( if you could n't eat spicy , you better put in 1/2 tbsp only )
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper ( less than this if you could n't eat spicy )
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice ( recommend to squeeze from fresh lemon )
3 tablespoons fish sauce

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix 2/3 cup fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili-garlic sauce, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
2.Add chicken drumsticks (wings) to the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3.Heat 1 cup of cooking oil in a wok or frying pan and add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic. Stir until fragrant.
4.Add the marinated chicken drumsticks (wings) to the wok, and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked and golden brown.
5.Add 3 tablespoons of fish sauce and 2 tablespoons of butter to the wok. Stir until well combined.
6.Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
7.Plate, serve, and enjoy!
